Our Policies

Ordering
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. You can place your order on-line using the Add To Cart and Checkout functions or you can send us your order by fax or postal mail. You can fax your order to 866.904.6533 or mail it to:

Email messages are not encrypted, therefore, we do not recommend sending us your order or credit card number via email.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

We do not charge your card until the day we ship your order, however, we do authorize the payment total and verify your billing address when you place your order. It is imperative that you provide us with the same address that your credit card statements are sent to or your ship date can be delayed.

The charge on your credit card statement will appear as Trading Up, Inc.

A note to those who would attempt to commit credit card fraud: We employ methods, in addition to verifying billing addresses, to guard against fraudulent credit card use. We will discover any attempts to commit fraud and we will report such attempts to the appropriate bank, your internet provider and/or your local authorities. It's not worth it!

On orders mailed to us, we also accept money orders payable in U.S. Dollars to Trading Up, Inc. Make sure the money order is for the full amount of the order including shipping charges and sales tax (if you are in the state of Georgia).

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders paid by personal check. Please pay with a credit card or by money order.

We are required by Georgia State Law to collect 6% sales tax for all orders shipped to Georgia. In Georgia, all charges including shipping are taxable.

To place an order to ship to APO and FPO addresses, please choose the United States as your country. Then enter APO or FPO, as appropriate, into the City field. Enter the two-letter military state code (AA, AE or AP) or the area designation (Americas, Europe or Pacific) in the State field. Remember that only USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping are available (UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses).

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your international order. For all packages we ship outside of the United States we are required to fill a customs form which indicates the contents of your package. We mark all items for the exact value of the goods purchased. We note them as 'clothing' or 'novelties' to properly indicate the package contents for customs but do not reflect the personal nature of the contents.

Return Policy
You may return unopened games and books for a refund or store credit subject to the terms below.

Items other than games and books cannot be returned due to their personal nature and for the health and safety of our employees.

Unopened means that the returned item(s) is in a condition that allows us to re-sell it as new. If your item is damaged in shipment, the problem must be resolved by the carrier and is not eligible for return.

Unopened games or books returns received by BuzzyToys.com within 21 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund. Undamaged returns received by BuzzyToys.com within 35 days of the ship date are eligible for a store credit. Returns of large quantities may be subject to a 25 percent ($5.00 minimum) restocking fee per order.

Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable and no refund or credit will be issued for these charges.

If the balance of your original order drops below the required threshold for free services that were provided on your original order when credit for the returned items is applied, the standard charge for these services will be deducted from your credit amount.

To Return an Item:
	1.	Carefully package the unopened items to be returned and enclose instructions indicating if you want a refund or a store credit and the reason for returning the item(s). Also enclose a copy of the packing slip that came with the order.
	2.	Ship the package to:

		You are responsible for return shipping charges and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. Please have the package insured so that you have proof of mailing or shipping in the event that your item(s) is(are) lost in the mail, otherwise you are responsible for the complete loss of goods.
	3.	Most returns are processed within 1-2 business days after being received, but please allow up to 5 business days. Your local post office (in the U.S. only) provides free boxes and envelopes if you use Priority Mail, but for packages of 11 ounces or less, First Class postage is cheaper and for packages of 2 pounds or more, you might find Parcel Post to be a better value. Also, you can usually reuse the container in which you received your order. For example, if you received your order in a plastic envelope, it can sometimes be turned inside out and then sealed with a piece of tape. Similarly, if you received your order in a box, you can reuse it as long as any old postage or address labels are covered or crossed out.

If you request a refund:
We'll either issue a credit to your charge card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. Once we issue a credit to your charge card, allow 1-3 business days for it to be posted to your account. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.

If your return is received after 21 days from the original shipping date, a store credit will be issued good toward a future purchase at BuzzyToys.com. You will receive a coupon code that can be entered during the checkout process on future purchases. If you do not receive your code by email, call us at 877.852.7355 to request it.

Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after an order is placed are subject to a 25 percent ($5.00 minimum) restocking fee per order. Orders are considered placed when they have been submitted on line or when they are received by fax or mail at BuzzyToys.com.

We respect your desire for privacy and discretion. Therefore, we DO NOT sell, lease, rent or give any of your information that you provide us to any third party organization, business or person. Your email address, shipping address and personal information will only be used by our companies, BuzzyToys.com and Trading Up, Inc., to contact you with special promotions or offers.

Security Policy
BuzzyToys.com uses 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to keep your information safe while it is transmitted to us. This secure mode is active during the checkout process when you enter your credit card and sensitive information. Most browsers give you a visual indication that you are in secure mode such as a lock or unbroken key icon in the bottom corner or address bar of your browser window.
